Cermar was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cerrahgil in 1981 in London. Its purpose is to provide the group with financial services and logistical support with regard to the London market. Cermar has responsibilty for the group’s banking, legal and marketing activities. Cermar and Cerrahgil jointly act as distributors for Molton Brown cosmetics and toiletries manufactured by  Molton Brown LTD. and marked with its trademark. Marketing to hotels, cruise lines, and health clubs is being sustained to fit to the profile of Molton Brown elegance.
