The company has come a long way since it took up its current corporate form in 1974.  We have seen our country develop from a closed state controlled economy to an open vibrant market place and I am proud to say that our group has been part of that development and is well placed to take advantage of all the opportunities available today.

We have recently taken a further step forward by commissioning new Panamax bulk carriers in Korea, the first time in the company’s history that we have built new ships rather than buy second hand.

We have a very active chartering and operations department who are able to take advantage of the huge trade boom that we are seeing in Turkey by reacting swiftly and positively to the needs of our industrial clients.

Shipping is currently enjoying a period of growth that has never been seen before, but in anticipation of the inevitable cyclical nature of shipping we have diversified into industrial, consumer and real estate industries to provide balance to the more difficult shipping markets which will surely come.
